Due to the personalized and handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds. Please review all product details and personalization information carefully before placing your order.

Once an order has been shipped, Layers by Rebe is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or carrier-related issues.

Delivery times provided by the carrier are estimates and may vary. For delays or lost packages, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking information.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately.

  • Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging will be required

Once reviewed, we will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Requests submitted after the 48-hour window may not be eligible for review.
